Hi, I’m so glad you’re here and ready to take a step toward healing and recovery. I know that finding a therapist can feel daunting, and building trust with someone new can be challenging. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals—but I also understand that not everyone comes into therapy with a clear plan, and that’s completely okay.

Therapy can also be a space for self-discovery, where we explore together what might need a little support in your life. I’ve worked with many first-time therapy clients, and often I see that as trust and rapport are built, a sense of safety emerges that allows for deeper vulnerability and openness. Those moments can lead to some of the most powerful and insightful sessions.

I truly believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that you have the strength to heal in ways that are meaningful for you. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to see things more clearly—to lower the “dark sunglasses” that make us feel unseen. Therapy can also be a place to work on practical goals, like finding balance in your work and life. Once you gain the tools you need, you can move forward with confidence.

My style is adaptable and flexible. I can hold structure when it’s helpful, and I can also meet you exactly where you are in the moment. I absolutely love what I do. When people ask me what I do for a living, I always answer with a huge smile: I’m a trauma and eating disorder therapist. And yes, sometimes people wonder if I’m analyzing them—most likely, I’m not! I show up attuned and present, ready to guide you through change, growth, and areas that need support, creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered on your journey.

When I’m not in sessions, you can usually find me snapping photos of my two furbabies, Benjamin and Button, sipping a frothy latte, soaking up the sun on a walk, or admiring the cactus and flowers on my patio.
